How to use it
- Set the fielder count and innings.
- Add players in batting order.
- Optionally set the game number or lock a pitcher and catcher by inning.
- Make the lineup, then save, share, print or download it.
How it works
- Names stay in batting order. Fielders cycle through the position sequence; extra players sit out each inning.
- A pitcher or catcher lock reserves that position for the selected player. Continuous batting uses the full roster. With it off, supply your batting lineup and starting fielders; later innings rotate the full roster. Confirm local substitution rules.

Frequently asked questions
What is continuous batting?
With continuous batting on, the whole roster bats. With it off, enter your chosen batting lineup and starting fielders. Check your softball or baseball association’s current rules before using the plan.
How do I rotate fielders fairly?
Enter players in the order you want to rotate them. The grid cycles through the list and shows each player’s positions and bench innings.
Can I keep the same pitcher for two innings?
Choose the same player in the pitcher field for each inning. Confirm pitcher substitution and eligibility rules with your association.
How many innings does each player sit?
The table shows each player’s bench count. The count depends on how many players you enter, how many fielders you choose and how many innings you plan.
Which fielder count should I choose?
The project specification lists 9 or 10 fielders. Choose the count used by your league; confirm official softball or baseball rules before using this plan.
