Plans saved on your device
The tools are designed to calculate on your device. Where a tool offers saving, its plan is stored in that browser on that device. Use the tool's Delete my data control to remove its saved plan. Clearing site storage also removes local plans.
Shared links and downloads
A shared link contains the settings you choose to share, which anyone with the link can read. The plan data is placed after the hash in the link and is not sent to the website in an HTTP request. Do not share a link containing names or information you want to keep private.
Downloaded or printed plans are copies under your control. Deleting a local saved plan does not remove copies or links already shared with others.
Display preferences
Your light or dark mode choice is stored locally in this browser so it can be remembered across pages and visits. Without a saved choice, the site follows your device theme. Clearing site storage removes this preference as well as local plans.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics is optional and loads only if you choose Allow analytics on the cookie notice. If you allow it, it sets cookies to count visits and see which pages and planners are used. Your choice, and a marker that you have used a planner before, are kept in local storage.
Google Analytics never receives your plans, player names, share links or the names of files you download. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie choices at the bottom of every page.
